It's Official: Kids Not Allowed In Britney's Car

K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, was in court today informing the judge that Britney was caught on tape blowing a red light with her kids in her car a few days ago. The judge officially ruled that Britney is not allowed to have her kids in the car with her from now on.

It really doesn't look good Brit. You might as well just give up if this is how you're gonna roll.

BritBrit Can Officially Say "Bye-Bye" To Her Rights As A Parent

Commissioner Scott Gordon gave Spears three visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. The visits will be monitored.

Spears and K-Fed are ordered to figure out holiday schedules with the kids.

Britney must submit evidence that she childproofed her pool area by Friday.

In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all." The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of -- that "during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play."

According to the report, the coach wrote, "It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."
The coach also said Spears seemed to have a "lack of general attention at times" but there was nothing she "would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense."

And then the most damning comment from the parenting coach: "The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful."

Kevin Federline's new girlfriend, Nicole Narain, gave News of the World the details of Britney's insanity as relayed to her by Kevin. Like I said, it may be bullshit, but isn't it more fun just to believe it?

On Britney’s mental state:
“Her mood swings are now so wild that I live in fear of getting a call telling me that she has killed herself. I can’t allow her to have custody because I seriously believe she could harm our sons. I’ve shared her life and I know she’s capable of anything with pills and a few drinks inside her.”

On Britney’s drinking:
“I’d see her walking around the house guzzling vodka and Coke and looking very tipsy. Then a few moments later, I saw her pick up Jayden and start breast-feeding him. That sent me up the wall. I yelled at her, ‘If you really wanna drink then make sure the baby gets bottled milk, not yours.’”

On what led to the divorce:
“I only found out when I heard it as a news item on the radio. I felt she was just trying to teach me a lesson for telling her off about the breast-feeding incident. But when I called she kicked off another row and screamed, ‘You’re nothing without me’.”

On Britney’s parenting:
“During the last few months I’d started picking her up on her parenting skills. She’d leave the kids near the pool unsupervised or drive around without belting them in. She always insisted what she was doing was right. There was no getting through to her.”

On Britney’s bi-curious pass at Nicole:
“I was doing my make-up and I could feel someone staring at me. It was Britney, in a green dress and looking a bit spaced-out. She looked at me in a provocative way… I thought she was hoping to get me closer to her. When I told Kevin he nodded and said, ‘Knowing her, she probably was’.”

BritBrit's Mad Dash From The Courtroom

Well I guess things didn't go too well in there. TMZ has video of Britney Spears exiting the courtroom and from the looks of things she does not appear to be happy. The court did not make a ruling but one is expected on Monday or Tuesday.

x17online has some pictures of BritBrit arriving for a court-ordered parenting class with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Normally I would commend BritBrit on her ability to follow directions, except for the small little fact that she pulled up to the meeting with Provigil, an "upper," or medication used to keep you awake, sticking out of her purse. Unless BritBrit has a sleeping disorder similar to narcolepsy that I'm just not aware of, I'd say the girl needs all her prescription meds taken away, along with you know all the coke and heroine that is probably stocked up in her house.

Brit-Brit Gets Her Babies Back

Britney Spears has regained visitation rights of her sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, PEOPLE has learned.

The singer on Saturday was spotted driving with her children in Studio City, Calif., in her white Mercedes convertible, which was decorated with pumpkins on the dashboard.

A presumed court-appointed monitor was seated in the front seat, with her sons in the rear.

On Wednesday, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon had temporarily suspended her visitation rights. A source close to Spears told PEOPLE the judge removed her rights after the pop star was unreachable by a cell phone designated for court-related scheduling.

On Thursday, Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said he expected Spears would get visitation reinstated soon because "she has complied with the part of the order [causing the suspension]."

Lawyers for both sides did not respond to calls for comment.

Spears and Federline are both required to show up for their next hearing on Oct. 26.

Something tells me I'm going to be wasting a lot of web space with "Britney loses/regains custody" posts. Hopefully she doesn't fuck it up again!

Brit-Brit lost the kids..again

Britney Spears’ visitation rights with her children have been suspended, L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon has ordered.
The order on Thursday morning came a day after Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, called for an hour-long, ex-parte hearing in Federline and Spears’ ongoing custody battle in Los Angeles Superior Court.
A Spears source claims the reason for the suspension of visitation is that Spears failed to be on a required conference call because her court-issued cell phone doesn’t get reliable reception at her Malibu home. The source tells Us that while Spears has a land line, the court “refused to call it.”
But a source close to Federline counters: “Blaming the cell phone is ridiculous. The judge called her in last Thursday specifically to spell out what she needed to do to see her kids, and she didn’t follow the rules outlined. The judge could not have been more clear. I can only imagine that there are numerous ways to reach britney - including a land line.”

Lance tried to cheer Britney up by coming out of the closet

Lance will not be singing "Thank you for being a friend!" anytime soon, according to his Q&A with GQ magazine. Lance said he came out to Britney before anyone because "he felt bad for her." Also, this was the last time the two ever spoke, even though he's tried contacting her and they're neighbors in Beverley Hills. Oh, Lance - why am I smelling press-hungry coming from your direction?

About his reveal to Britney, Lance told GQ, "It was the night of her first wedding, actually. I was in Vegas with her, her dancers, her manager, and my boyfriend at the time . . . Her manager had already gotten rid of [her first husband] Jason [Alexander] - they'd flown him home. Britney was upset about what she had done. I felt bad for her. I knew she was about to go through a lot of crap. I felt the need to share something. So I sat her on my bed, and I'm like, Well, I'm gay!"

And, according to Lance, Brit was really surprised. Guess they weren't that close, after all - but don't feel bad, Lance: She's not even taking Oprah's calls at this point.

Britney to Reveal What America Has Known All Along

While the problems between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline play out in the courts, it appears the pop star plans to expose – very publicly – some of the frustration she felt in her former marriage.

A source tells PEOPLE that "one of the most personal songs" in Spears's upcoming album Blackout, to be released Oct. 30, was written by singer-producer Pharrell Williams – and seems to make clear her feelings of betrayal.

Called "Why Should I Be Sad," the track makes references to money, cars – and other women. As Spears, 25, sings in one part of it: "It just seemed that Vegas/ Only brought the playa out of you."

Speaking to PEOPLE at the Hennessey Artistry concert in Los Angeles, Williams, 34, said of Spears: "At the end of the day she is a sweet person. She's just made a couple of decisions that none of us would necessarily agree with, but you try being that age and living under that kind of pressure. I wish her well. I pray for her. I hope she fares well throughout all of this craziness."

Says a source about "Why Should I Be Sad": "The song is definitely about Britney and Kevin's relationship when they were married. Britney entertains the idea that she stayed home taking care of the kids while Kevin was out partying. The track ... will be very revealing for her fans."
