I'm sorry, but Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are the shadiest, most manipulative couple in reality tv history. How many times now have the paparazzi "caught" Spencer and Heidi on the beach? Her breast implants are too big for her body, first of all. Secondly, is it just me or is it beyond pathetic when your scumbag fiance has to film your first "music video" himself with a low budget digital camera? TEAM LAUREN all the way! Is there even a team for Heidi? Seriously anyone on Team Heidi please comment and let me know you're out there because I'm really not sure you even exist at this point.

Paris already done with latest "boyfriend"

I don't know if any of you keep up with Paris's love life anymore, or even really care, but for all you men who still fantasize about having "One Night in Paris," she's apparently back on the market:

And after being seen partying with Kid Rock in Toronto, Canada, Paris said: “I’m single. I’m way too busy for a boyfriend.”
Alex, 20, met Paris, 26, in LA as he backpacked around the US. She showed the would-be model around Hollywood and he met her parents. He is back in Sweden.

Britney to Reveal What America Has Known All Along

While the problems between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline play out in the courts, it appears the pop star plans to expose – very publicly – some of the frustration she felt in her former marriage.

A source tells PEOPLE that "one of the most personal songs" in Spears's upcoming album Blackout, to be released Oct. 30, was written by singer-producer Pharrell Williams – and seems to make clear her feelings of betrayal.

Called "Why Should I Be Sad," the track makes references to money, cars – and other women. As Spears, 25, sings in one part of it: "It just seemed that Vegas/ Only brought the playa out of you."

Speaking to PEOPLE at the Hennessey Artistry concert in Los Angeles, Williams, 34, said of Spears: "At the end of the day she is a sweet person. She's just made a couple of decisions that none of us would necessarily agree with, but you try being that age and living under that kind of pressure. I wish her well. I pray for her. I hope she fares well throughout all of this craziness."

Says a source about "Why Should I Be Sad": "The song is definitely about Britney and Kevin's relationship when they were married. Britney entertains the idea that she stayed home taking care of the kids while Kevin was out partying. The track ... will be very revealing for her fans."

Well well well, looks like little Ms. Lohan picked another winner! I knew it was bullshit when she announced that she had found a new boyfriend who was really grounded and going to be a really "good influence" on her. Pshyaaaa RIGHT. Riley Giles, professional snowboarder, and fellow rehabber, had been busted for DUI twice and found with an unauthorized prescription of Xanax before admitting himself to the Cirque Lodge rehab facility to get help for his addictions.

Whether or not he actually got help is yet to be determined, but he definitely got him some Lohan, and maybe a few STDs along the way. I give them a week before a) Lindsay dumps his ass, or b) they both stumble upon a bag of coke and a bottle of Vodka, lindsay crashes her car for a FOURTH time, and they both get to revisit the place where they fell in love: the Cirque Lodge. :)
